These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Volysis LLC's ("we," "us," or "our") applications, including Resona, and our website located at volysis.com (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Our Services

Purchases and Payments

• App Store Distribution: Resona is distributed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• Completely Free: Resona is free to download and use with no charges whatsoever
• No In-App Purchases: All features are included at no cost
• No Subscriptions: Resona does not use subscription billing or any form of payment
• No Ads: We do not display advertisements or monetize through data collection

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Use our Services to infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our Services in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our Services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Volysis LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Your music files remain your property - we claim no rights to your personal content
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including:

• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volysis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination
